New management approach for greater cooperation
The client here is responsible for coordinating medical devices offered to patients in their region. The aim of the assignment was to create consistent, standardised management and control, with good cooperation between the county council and municipalities, in a particular area of medical devices. A team of consultants from Prové were change managers for the assignment, which began with an operational analysis and mapping of the processes in the area. The assignment resulted in a new model with steering forums, along with a cooperation and drafting organisation with standardised procedures and working methods for management and control.
A strong focus was put on achieving buy-in, and creating an understanding of the need for a common interest. The whole process led to stronger relations between the region and municipalities, better cooperation and a more efficient use of resources.
