The Prové Trainee Programme is for people interested in working as a committed, motivational management consultant in change management and operational development, in an environment that lets people grow. On the Trainee Programme you learn in depth about Prové’s business and you build networks within the company – all the while developing in your role as a consultant. The Prové Trainee Programme is for recent master’s graduates. As a trainee, you must be dedicated to developing yourself, your colleagues and our clients.
Selection criteria – Formal requirements
- Degree (master or magister)
- Master thesis
- Proficient in Swedish
- Proficient in English

- is fearless and handles complex conditions and unclear assignments
- have a good ability to quickly settle into new contexts and get things done
