Trainee Program at Prové – part of Frontit

Are you interested in working as a management consultant in an inspiring environment where you can make an impact?

Frontit’s Trainee Program is designed for those who want to work as engaged and driven management consultants within change management and business development – in an environment where people are encouraged to grow.

As a trainee, you will be part of a group-wide program where you gain a solid understanding of both our business and the consultant role from the ground up. The program includes joint training sessions, a kick-off, and a group-wide development project, giving you a strong network and a broad understanding of Frontit as an organization.

Currently, trainee positions are available at our offices in Linköping (Frontit Linköping) and Gothenburg (Prové – part of Frontit). You apply directly to one or both offices, and the selection process takes place locally.

We are looking for recent graduates with a Master’s degree who are eager to develop themselves, their colleagues, and our clients. Your commitment and willingness to contribute to both your own and others’ growth will be key to your success in the role.

Selection criteria – Formal requirements

• Degree (master or magister)
• Master thesis
• Proficient in Swedish
• Proficient in English
