All change needs to start from a thorough understanding of where we are now, and consensus on where we want to be. This foundation then determines the approach we use to bring about the change. Prové has long experience of working with pilot studies, assessments and operational analyses. We know that the customer is knowledgeable about their own organisation, which is why Prové’s approach always includes the client’s workforce. Our experience of operational development and change management enables us to ask the right questions, gather all the relevant information, and compile data that shows a clear picture of the current situation, and produces suggestions for change initiatives that are in line with the operation’s set goals and desired effects.
