Development of long-term strategies
The management team of a medium-sized municipal enterprise was embarking on a process to develop long-term strategies and draw up an operations plan, based on a general goal vision provided by the board of directors. A team of consultants from Prové project managed the operational development, working with the enterprise’s management team. The work was carried out in a number of stages based on Prové’s model for business development.
The current status was initially mapped using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) tools. The wider market and the customer journey were also analysed. The results were compiled in a report and action plan, with recommendations for ongoing enterprise development.
