Process-based improvement work in a transport company
The company had initiated a process to increase customer focus, develop cooperation with business partners and be an attractive employer. Prové’s brief was to help evolve the processes, establish continuity and keep the focus on development. A process game initially established an understanding of the value of a process-based approach and a sense of commitment to the ongoing work. This was followed by training that focused on processed-based operational development, change management and leadership.
An effect analysis with accompanying action plan for ongoing development ensured that the training naturally progressed into continuous process-based improvement work. In tandem with the training, participants were able to apply their knowledge in the operation by managing their own improvement projects.
