New model for cooperation and operational management in public transport

The background to the assignments was a need to increase business acumen and develop the company’s cooperation with partners, the overall objective being to utilise shared resources more efficiently, increase travel and boost customer satisfaction. Prové consultants were change managers in charge of the development work. The assignment involved defining and implementing a model for operational management that assured cooperation and traceability in strategies, goals and priorities while also increasing coordination in development of the company’s customer offering.

One central aspect was that business should be managed in cooperation between the company and its partners, through a joint business management that works in line with shared core values. The delivery also included introduction of central processes such as business planning and budgeting.
