Management team and group development in a knowledge organisation

The aim was to make a good operation even better by developing its leadership, employeeship, cooperation and core values.

The assignment began with interviews and an analysis of the current situation, identification of the desired situation and action plans. Manager coaching and work with the management team clarified the management’s task, what kind of leadership the operation required and what the managers needed to do to create resilient individuals and operational benefit over time. Work with the organisation’s units focused on formulating tasks and objectives, roles and responsibilities, as well as ground rules for the groups.

One fundamental part of the assignment was to work on cooperation within and between the units, so as to better harness each other’s competence and potential and create an encouraging working climate. The result was a robust, sustainable operation with greater efficiency and cooperation, goal focus and greater work joy.
