IT project manager for developing a data service for a national research study

The national research study handles sensitive personal data, placing high demands on security in all data handling and GDPR compliance. A consultant from Prové was project manager for ensuring that all data was collected centrally with the necessary security classes, and for designing and developing a service that can show data and pass it on to researchers in a secure manner.

The project included designing and establishing an IT admin organisation that can assure development of the service and accompanying working methods over time. The project manager role included responsibility for a development team that works in line with the Agile Scrum method.
