Implementation of an agile approach in an IT operation

With an increased rate of innovation and digitalisation, the organisation had to start working more efficiently so as to more quickly meet customers’ constantly shifting needs. It wanted to move towards a more flexible, readily adaptable working method. A consultant from Prové managed the process, along with the department’s employees, of designing and implementing an agile new working method in line with the Scrum framework.

The assignment included change management, training and coaching of employees to assure joint understanding, knowledge and compliance with the new approach. A Scrum Guide was also put together, which can be used to support ongoing agile development with Scrum in the organisation.
