Establishment of an organisation for digital development
The aim of the assignment was to create an organisation and working methods for requirement collection and development of digital solutions. Prové’s brief as change manager was to shape a virtual development organisation, with accompanying processes and forums, to compile the operation’s needs, and develop and implement digital solutions.
The assignment resulted in a process-oriented organisation that deals with the operation’s needs from a technical and operational perspective, with the focus on benefit for the end user. Due to the size of the operation, the wide variation in needs and different levels of maturity as regards digitalisation in the organisation, buy-in and a focus on change management were needed to accomplish digital change among individual employees.
