Digitalisation of new main processes in a construction company
This construction company had been striving to streamline its operation by formulating new main processes and creating conditions for increased digitalisation by introducing new IT support. Prové’s team of consultants were change managers for introduction of the new digitalised working methods. The change meant that several tasks previously performed manually would now be performed using the shared IT support.
The project called for far-reaching change management and involved some 900 employees, who completed workshops and training courses to learn about and understand use and compliance regarding the new approach and IT support. The change management and training concept can now be used in other parts of the Group.
