Development of structure in a public transport organisation

The organisation had introduced a new process-oriented work approach, with greater customer focus. In the development process, a need arose for an efficient, functioning organisation solution that could better support the new working methods. Prové’s team of consultants served as change managers for the organisational development, which began with an analysis of the existing structures. Based on the processes, the brief then entailed drawing up a new, process-oriented organisational structure and filling it with functions, roles, responsibilities and authorisations.

Proposals for staffing the organisation were also produced, along with a plan for implementing the new solution. The assignment involved a large number of the organisation’s employees on different levels and in different parts of the operation.
