Culture-led organisational development in an IT operation

Under Prové’s leadership, the IT operation had created an agile working method and needed support in establishing the new approach. The brief was to create a culture built on trust and commitment within the team, as well as greater joint responsibility for fast, reliable deliveries. Prové’s role in the change process was to instruct the team and guide it in its efforts to develop the desired culture. Core values with accompanying ground rules and attitudes were drawn up as part of the assignment.

There was also a culture assessment using Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT®). This gave an idea of the current and desired culture, while also providing basic data for ongoing development of the team and monitoring of desired effects from the development process.
