Culture journey for greater cooperation
The assignment brief was to take the corporate culture to the next level, both internally and in the interface with various suppliers. One important goal was that everyone involved should have common, more in-depth insight into where the corporate culture was, where it should be and what it takes to get there. This project used the Cultural Values Assessment tool, better known as CTT® (Cultural Transformation Tools).
The assessment was followed by work meetings involving representatives from the company itself and from suppliers. The common understanding of how the desired culture could be achieved was strengthened through dialogue on aspects such as ground rules, trust, working methods for continuous improvements, and what was required for individuals, the group and the organisation to move from words to action.
