Agile development with Scrum in an energy company
The energy sector is in a period of great change, with increased competition, digitalisation and new technological solutions placing ever higher demands on product development. A large energy company that develops solutions for charging electric cars and solar energy production needed to develop and provide its services more efficiently, so that it could continuously meet changes in customer requirements.
A team of consultants from Prové led the process of shaping and establishing new agile working methods. Prové also took part in the service development by acting as Scrum Master, product owner and Agile Coach. The effect of the agile approach was faster development of prioritised offerings, greater clarity, enhanced cooperation and communication.
