Whether customers or colleagues, our basic philosophy is always people first. We have far-reaching know-how and a solid background, along with a powerful desire to drive change initiatives. Today, Prové comprises almost 65 employees and business partners working as change leaders for projects in the public and private sectors. We also have many years’ experience in leading roles both in change projects and in the line, and have the capability to take responsibility for different kinds of change process.

We work close to our customers’ business with an all-encompassing focus on quality, business benefit and a sense of work joy. We place great emphasis on personal commitment, participation and responsibility for the development of the individual, the group and the organisation. Prové’s work approach varies according to needs and the situation, but always with an element of learning. We often work in teams in a process that centres on meetings of various group sizes, involving the client’s employees and anyone else relevant to the specific aspect of the project.

ATTITYD – PROVÉ’S SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY – FOR REAL
A happy person is a kind person. And someone who grows as a person.
Attityd provides a safe environment for children and young people, where no one need feel lonely, excluded or bullied. Over the years, together with non-profit associations, we have met around 10,000 children and young people in the Gothenburg region.
We have arranged lectures and training to help children and young people abstain from alcohol and other drugs. Attityd has contributed knowledge and developed methods that help sports clubs to raise awareness around and prevent bullying and abuse.
Attityd was started by Prové to contribute to a better society. We use our experience in change management and value-based work to support with knowledge and new insights. Cooperating with Attityd costs nothing.
